ENGRAVED ITEMS - Please note that engraved items cannot be exchanged or returned except when the engraving does not correspond to the selected motif. Engravings are only possible in conjunction with orders; it’s not possible to engrave articles that have been sent in later.
Material and manufacturing errors are subject to the statutory warranty provisions.
The regular delivery times will be extended for orders with engravings by one to two working days, depending on when the engraving form was received.
